G2G Terms and Conditions
These are the Terms of Business which govern our sales and participation in the TT Equine Growing to Grassroots Program.
This constitutes a legal agreement between us and you. Please read it carefully.
Please note that participating in the Program involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By joining the Program, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO CONTACT US
1.1 Who we are. We are TT Equine Growing to Grassroots Program.
1.2 How to contact us. You can contact us by email at ttequinecoach@gmail.com.
1.3 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by either the email address or the telephone number you provided during registration.
1.4 “Writing” includes emails, text messages and WhatsApp messages. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails, text message and WhatsApp message.
PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMS
2.1 Nature of the Programs. The TT Equine Growing to Grassroots Program is designed to develop your riding skills.
2.2 Eligibility. The Growing to Grassroots Program we expect riders to have a basic knowledge of what Eventing is and what is expected of them at a One Day Event. We ask riders are riding on the flat at Preliminary level, and can confidently jump a 70cm fence.
2.3 Membership Fee. There is a membership fee associated with the Program, which will be clearly communicated during the registration process. Payment of the fee is required to access the Programs’ resources and benefits. You can find all the relevant information regarding prices and payment here.
2.4 No guaranteed results. While the Program has been designed to aid in developing your riding skills and knowledge, there are factors involved that TT Equine has no control over, and thus specific results cannot be guaranteed.
2.5 Your responsibility. It is your responsibility as the rider and/or owner of the horse to ensure safe transport to and from clinics and/or lessons. TT Equine take no responsibility for how you choose to transport your horse to and from clinics and/or lessons.
ACCESS TO THE TT EQUINE PROGRAM
3.1 Duration of Access. Once you have signed up to one of the Program you will have access to the relevant coaching and information as outlined in our ‘What’s Included’ document. This access is limited to an 8 month period, dating from 1st March 2026 to the 31st October 2026.
3.2 Non-transferability. Your Program attendance is yours and yours only. You cannot transfer any training sessions to another rider, whether they are within one of the Programs or not.
3.3 If you are unable to attend a scheduled monthly clinic, an alternative session will be arranged by mutual agreement between yourself and TT Equine. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the replacement session will take place at the same venue as the original clinic. A reasonable surcharge may apply to cover any additional facility hire or associated costs.
3.4 Termination of your Program. We reserve the right to terminate access to either Program for reasons including, but not limited to, non payment, late payment, horse welfare issues.
3.5 Refunds. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
3.6 Changes to the Program. We reserve the right to make changes to the Program at any time. Changes that will affect your payment terms or amounts will be given in writing with 4 weeks notice. The Programs may be subject to last minute changes (for example, change of date or venue for a clinic), and these will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, text message, and via our Facebook groups.
3.7 How can I cancel. We understand that you may need to cancel your Program subscription for reasons beyond anyone’s control. To cancel your subscription please fill in our cancellation form.
3.8 What happens to my payment if I cancel? If you cancel your Program subscription before the end of the 8 month term, you will be liable to pay for all training you have received up until the point of cancellation. If you have signed up for the 12 month payment plan, you will be notified how many payments are outstanding at the point of cancellation, and when you can cancel your standing order. If you have signed up for the 8 month payment plan, if all payments are up to date you may cancel your direct debit once cancellation has been confirmed by TT Equine. If you have paid in advance please contact TT Equine regarding what your options are for your remaining balance.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 Payments must be received on or by the first day of each calendar month. Payment methods include BACS, bank transfer and cash. Any cash payments must be communicated to TT Equine at least a week before payment is due.

4.3 Late payments will receive a reminder email within 48 hours of payment not yet received. If payment has not been received within 72 hours following the email reminder, a second email reminder will be sent, which will include a 10% late payment fee, and your Program will be paused. If payment plus the late payment fee is not received within 5 days of the second email reminder, your Program will be cancelled and further action will be taken to recover the costs.
4.4 We are not liable for any charges that your bank may add to transactions.
4.5 If you would prefer to pay via a debit or credit card (including Apple and Google Pay) please include this within your sign up form. Using a debit or credit card incurs a 1.69% transaction fee per payment. You will receive a payment link every month where you are able to pay using most major credit and debit card suppliers.
