  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a 100% fee of the cost of the session (eg., if your lesson value is £40 the cancellation fee will be £40), payable on the day of cancellation via bank transfer.

  • Cancellations made once a session has started (eg, if the horse is lame) will incur a 100% fee of the cost for the session.

  • Cancellations include forgetting your lesson, being more than 20 minutes late, having to stop the lesson mid way (due to lameness or other ailment of horse or rider), bad weather (excluding extreme weather) and not having appropriate equipment.

  • If you can no longer make your clinic/jump club date but know someone who is happy to take your space the entry will be transferred to the replacement rider.

  • Last minute time changes may occur, please check the website and Facebook page to ensure your times are correct.

  • If you are unable to make the time published it is your responsibility to either fill your space, or you will be subject to losing your entry fee.

GENERAL TERMS:

  • As a coach I put your and your horse’s welfare first. Should I ever suspect a horse is unfit for the task, shows lameness or other discomfort, the rider will be approached quietly and made aware of any concerns.

  • I hold the right to end a session at any point if I believe the horse to be in any form of pain or discomfort.

  • It is up to the rider to ensure your tack and equipment is up to date and safe for use.

  • I hold the right to refuse to coach a rider should the arena, school, ménage or grass paddock be unfit for riding.

  • Cancellations due to extreme weather will be determined by the coach. Riders making the decision to not ride due to rain, wind or snow will be liable for the cancellation fee.
